Do i have to pay for my order right away?

All orders placed are on hold for 24 hours only, orders get cancelled automatically after that.

What if I don’t get a sales order summary?

Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that would be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at +92 335 5763523 or email us: info@feragio to confirm your order.

Is cash on delivery available?

We do not offer cash on delivery, we only accept online payments through Easypaisa, Jazzcash or Bank transfers.

In how many days will I receive my order after payment has been made?

3-4 working days

Do you have a size exchange or refund policy?

We only offer exchanges or refunds if the product is damaged, we do not offer size exchanges so please check measurements before ordering.
